The Hull Building reveals in its exterior architecture an historic period dating to sometime around 1900-1910, built in the common Commercial Style. All of the windows appear to retain their original apertures, and the basic design elements of the windows have remained intact, such as the wooden frames and plain sandstone sills. The cornice of the building possesses decorative elements that incorporate brick and cut sandstone, including a carved sandstone nameplate centered above the roofline of the building, naming "HULL" as the original building owner. On either side of the nameplate is a small fan.
