Harold C. Johnson is supposed to have build this house around 1915. This large home, now a duplex, also has a large carriage house at the rear of the property. The large front porch wraps around both sides of the house, and the front doorway is surrounded by sidelights and transom. The other windows feature beveled glass. One of the gables features a Palladian window.
