The house was built in three stages, most likely in the mid-19th century. It currently sports a cross-gable roofline, steep pitched. The central portion of the house is the original constructions, and featured a slightly off-centered chimney. The ell extending from the front of the building was most likely built within a few years of the original structure, while the addition to the rear dates to the early-20th century. The windows exibit single-hung sash frames with four panes.
